We started Onefin for real estate leaders
For a long time, real estate finance was built for a much slower world. Systems didn’t really need to talk to each other, reporting could wait, and teams could get by on experience and gut feeling.

So we began to think. What if we could find a way to let real estate finance teams easily get the right overview when they needed - what if we could allow the CFO to actually see their liquidity, debt, and risk in real time, without chasing data across systems?
That’s why we decided to build Onefin.
