How do we collect personal data?
Onefin generally collects personal data directly from you. In some cases we also collect personal data about you if your company is a customer of Onefin — for example when another person has registered you as a user in our system. In such cases you will receive a notification by email. We use cookies and other tracking technology when you use our websites, our products and interact with us by email to optimise your user experience.
How long will we store personal data?
Personal data is stored for the duration of the ongoing customer relationship. To terminate the customer relationship, the user must submit a request to contact@onefin.com. See also Revoke consent below.
Revoke consent
Your consent under this personal data policy applies until you revoke your consent or close your account. You do so by emailing contact@onefin.com and stating this in the email. When consent ceases to apply, the data you have provided or disclosed to us at Onefin will be deleted promptly. If you choose to delete the data, you will no longer be able to access the service via your user account.
You have the right once per year at no cost to obtain an extract of the data stored about you and to have it corrected or deleted. We will act on your request promptly and no later than one month after your request is received. Requests for amendment, correction or deletion of personal data are made by email to contact@onefin.com, stating this in the email.
